Chefs profiles
Andy Witheridge
Left Bournemouth Catering college ( a while ago!!) and trained at Scotts of Mayfair under John Bertram, Gidleigh Park with John Webber, Gravetye Manor with Michael Quinn, and Parkhill Hotel in the New Forest before setting up Gordleton Mill at Lymington and Tytherleigh Cott in Axminster Devon. Subsequently having his own Outside Catering and Consultancy business before buying The Salty Monk. Hobbies include Cars, Tae kwon Do and target Shooting.
Annette Witheridge
A self taught chef who is third generation in the industry. Joined forces with Andy running AJW Catering and the rest as they say is history!! Hobbies here are her 2 Irish Water Spaniels, 2 children and the garden oh! and Yoga to balance sanity!
Scott Horn 2nd Chef
Scott joined us from school and has taken his NVQ levels 1 2 and 3, with a strong kitchen team and guidance Scott is both keen and practical. Hobbies include Motorbikes and music, Scott is also an enthusiastic Scout Leader.
