Booking Terms and Conditions
Confirmation A booking deposit of £60.00 is required which is non refundable in the event of cancellation (see Cancellation Policy).
Provisional bookings are held for 7 days.
Policy
Our policy is a minimum stay of 2 nights at the weekends, however please call reception for possible alternative options,
Low season rates are available 1st Nov to 1st March.
Low season rates are not available at Christmas and New Year.
Payment
Account to be settled on departure. We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Solo and Switch and cheques supported by a valid cheque card.
Cancellation Policy
We respectfully remind customers that a reservation constitutes a contract between both parties. Any cancellation made within 7 days of the arrival date that we are un able to re sell is liable to be charged at 2/3 of the quoted rate for the full booking period. No refunds will be made for early checkouts. Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended email info@rothwellandtowler.co.uk quote SAL8 or by visiting Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
Check in / out times
Immediate occupancy cannot be guaranteed before 4.00pm on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you intend to arrive after 9.30pm. Rooms need to be vacated by 10.30 on the day of departure unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Car Parking
There is ample Car parking in the grounds. The Salty Monk is obliged to say that cars and their contents are left entirely at the owners risk.
Pets
Dogs are most welcome in our ground floor rooms that have private access, £20.00 for duration of stay. We request that dogs are not left unattended in the room or exercised in the grounds.
